台湾で代々茶業を営んできた茶匠が哀牢山のテロワールに惚れ込み移り住んできたのがこのお茶の始まり。
標高2000mの茶園から届いた丁寧な台湾スタイルの紅茶ですが、雲南らしい優しさも持ち合わせています。
香りはダークチェリー、オーク樽、伽羅のように深くスパイシー
味わいは赤ワインのように甘さ、酸味、渋味のバランスが素晴らしい。程よいタンニンが喉越し・余韻に響き渡る。
寒い時期の朝、通年の午後の茶事や食中・食後茶として最適。

This tea was born after mr. Guo, whose family had a tea factory in Taiwan, was facsinated by Ai Lao terroir and moved to Yunnan from Formosa.Leaves were hand-picked at the tea gardens at 2,000m aboce sea level and gently fermented into Taiwan-style aromatic red, which is still distinctively Yunnan by mellow flavour.
Aroma: dark cherry, oak cask, aromatic wood
Taste: A red wine-like balance of sweetness, acidity and tannins, with very long and pleasent aftertaste.
Perfect for any morning or afternoon, can be paired with food.
